Custom menus
Menus built to headcount and dietary needs, from vegetarian and vegan to halal and gluten-free, served fast.
Trained staff
Service staff who keep the line moving and represent your company well in front of guests and clients.
Permits & COIs
City permits, insurance, and the certificates of insurance your building or venue requires, handled for you.

Add a full or partial wrap to turn an internal day into a branded moment guests photograph.
Vendor onboarding
W-9, insurance certificates naming the right entity, and whatever your procurement portal needs. We have been through it before.
A named contact on the day
One person on site who owns the service window, so your office manager is not the escalation point during their own event.
Invoicing on your terms
PO numbers, net terms, and a billing entity that matches what finance is expecting.

Why a food truck for a corporate event.

A food truck solves the two things that make corporate catering painful: it brings its own kitchen, and it makes the meal an event. There’s no venue kitchen to rent and no chafing dishes going cold on a back table. The truck rolls up, plugs in, and serves fresh to a line that moves. For an employee-appreciation day, a client visit, or an office move-in, that’s a memorable gesture that runs itself.

It also scales to how companies actually work. Plan on a few hundred covers per truck across a lunch window; past that we add staff or a second truck so nobody waits. And because we handle permits, insurance, and the certificates of insurance venues require, the whole thing is one line item and one point of contact instead of a scramble across vendors.

Getting it through procurement.

The paperwork is the long pole, not the truck
For a corporate booking the truck is rarely the constraint. Vendor onboarding, a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming the right entity, and sometimes a security review are — and they run on your company’s clock, not ours. Start those the day you pick a date.
We can invoice, and we can wait
Net terms, PO numbers, and a named billing entity are all normal here. If your finance team needs the invoice to reference a requisition raised three weeks earlier, tell us early and we will structure the quote to match.
Lunch is one hard rush, not a window
An office crowd does not trickle. Three hundred people get the same calendar hold and arrive inside fifteen minutes of each other. That is a different staffing problem from a party of the same size, and it is why headcount alone does not size a corporate booking.
Dietary requirements are a headcount question
Vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free are standard rather than upcharged. What helps is rough numbers in advance: a menu built for forty vegan guests is a different menu from one built for four.
Campus and multi-building sites
For a corporate campus, one truck parked centrally usually beats two trucks split across buildings — people will walk further than planners expect for something they were not expecting. Where the buildings are genuinely far apart, we split.

FAQs

How much does a corporate food truck cost?
Unbranded corporate rentals in NYC typically start around $1,500/day; a branded activation moves that into the $10,000+ range. See our cost guide for the full breakdown.
How many people can one truck serve?
Plan on a few hundred covers per truck over an event window. For larger headcounts we scale staff or add a second truck so the line keeps moving.
Can you invoice a company and handle COIs?
Yes. We handle corporate invoicing, insurance, and certificates of insurance (COIs) exactly as your building or venue requires.
Can the truck serve indoors or in a garage?
Yes. Park it at the loading dock, in the garage, or on the curb; staff carry service inside from there, and guests eat truck-fresh without a kitchen in the room.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for an unbranded corporate truck; add a week or two if you want a custom wrap or a prime permitted location.
