A custom-built Cipriani truck run as a Southampton satellite location for a full summer — online ordering, pickup and delivery for clients who’d left the city.
The activation
Cipriani wanted its kitchen to follow its clientele out of the city for the summer. We built a custom truck that ran as a full satellite location in Southampton — not a pop-up for a weekend, but an operation that held for the whole season.
It worked like a restaurant, not a booth: online ordering, pickup and delivery let Cipriani reach the customers who’d left Manhattan, while the vehicle still read unmistakably as the brand wherever it parked.
