A custom-built truck with Chef Daniel Humm’s Eleven Madison Park and nonprofit Rethink — 2,000+ meals a week to underserved Bronx and Brooklyn communities.
The activation
With Chef Daniel Humm, Eleven Madison Park put a custom-built truck to work against food insecurity, in partnership with the nonprofit Rethink. It delivered 2,000-plus meals a week into underserved communities across the Bronx and Brooklyn.
This one wasn’t a retail point — it was a program, funded by proceeds from Eleven Madison Home and the flagship’s dining room. It shows a truck as civic infrastructure: a three-Michelin-star kitchen’s values, made mobile and made to reach people where they are.
